Transitioning into coaching, I built my expertise through foundational training at Wellcoaches and expanded into teaching yoga, meditation, and mindfulness at renowned organizations. Always learning, I also instruct at Life Purpose Institute's Life Coach Certification Program while hosting *The Present Professional Podcast* with Skillsoft.
